My leg (shin) is steadily turning blue after a being kicked in the shin†a week ago. Why?

I was playing soccer and someone kicked me hard in the shin pretty hard. This was a week ago. Since then leg is turning blue little by little. now around my ankles are starting to get blue. The pain is not much unless I hit my leg with something. I can walk and run perfectly. I don't have the money to a doctor so anyone know what may be the cause of this?
