I had tubes tied 15 yrs ago,I am 51, now have no cycles last 3 months. Is this peri-menopause?

Considering your age, I would say yes. My mom told me that if you go for a year without a period then that is considered to be starting menopause. You should go see your OB/GYN to find out if you are starting peri-menopause.
