Am I wrong for filing child support on myself for my 2 kids that live with me.?

i know i am gonna get thumbs down for this but guess what I DON T CARE, i say good for you about time someone finds away to screw the system... THE SYSTEM SUCKS my husband paid his CS faithfully and when work slowed down he got a month behind well we couldn't get caught up right away so they garnished his check .... 1 MISSED PAYMENT! when i questioned the worker about it she told me it wasn't because of just 1 missed payment it was mostly because it wasn't consistent ( on the same day every month ) lol not too mention, but he hasn't seen his daughter in 2 years his ex told him he has no right to correct her all he is there for is child support ( by the way they have joint custody), and on top it he had 4 payments left before she turns 18 and they garnish his check!!!! lol i have too say but the more life goes on i began to dislike women !!! i say those other 2 kids are just as important as your first child good luck to you! and congrats!!!!
