I Think My Baby Has the Swine Flu?

With the H1N1 virus (swine flu) one of the biggest keys is an extremely high fever it doesn't sound like your children are that high. I've had a few friends with kids that had it one 4 year old almost died she was at 104.9 and the hospital could only get her down to 103.6 after a full day of packing her in ice and everything. The other ones didn't even need the meds. they told their parents to make sure they didn't develop breathing problems. If they did they needed to be brought to the er. Your doctor should be able to do a simple test and tell you if it is indeed H1N1. Make sure they're drinking enough food isn't as important and tell the doctor all the symptoms.
