I thought the Iraq war was unpopular, why are McCain supporters pro-war all of a sudden?

As soon as he says "we are winning," they believe it without questioning, "to what extent?" To argue Mccain's point that Obama " does not understand," hey, it's true! Obama, AND many intelligent people "do not understand why our troops are in Iraq when our enemies are in Afghanistan." What does Iraq have to do anything with 9/11? Well, even if we win, we don't need their oil!
