Friend visiting from out of state but I have a midterm to study for!?

So one of my closet friends is coming to visit on me for 4 days during her spring break and is flying in to see me. I am really excited to see her, but I also found out today one of my midterms got changed to a day she would be here.. So I would probably have to take time out to study too, but I feel bad because she's flying in to see me... I have work for my other cles too. What do I do? She already bought her plane ticket so what do I do when she's here and I need to study??
