Where can 14 year old get a job as a videogame tester?

i want to know where i can apply for a job as a videogame tester even though im 14. i have experience in playing games, on consles that include the playstation 1, 2 and 3, the ds, the psp, the computer, and the commodore 64 (if they still make games for that ) any suggestions?
