I need help with making pie?

I'm making pie and I'm wondering if I could mix thawed frozen peaches with thawed frozen mixed berries( blackberries blueberries starwberries raspberries) and some sugar an lemon...let it sit for the juices to combine and bake it in the oven without using a recipe for the filling but use a recipe for the crust...would it taste good?
