How can i make this girl my friend again?

ive been friends with this girl for 2 and over the last 3 months ive gotten pissed at her for stupid reasons like 10 times. i guess i did it for atention but after her wanting to be friends after the first bunch of times now ive driven this through the ground and though im over this phase there is nothing i can do. she ignores my text and i really want to be close friends again cuz she is a great person and is fun. ive tried to apologize, asked for 1 more chance and asked what i can do to fix things but i messed everything up and dont know how to make things right. i cant talk to her. though she is the girl next door she doesnt come outside anymore and wont reply to my text. i feel like an idiot. how do i fix things. also people have said to send flowers or write a letter but i dont think that will work. plz help me. if u think you can walk me through it my e mail is evanweiler@yahoo.com. i think she wont accept my apology cuz she thinks i will do it all over again. also i recieved a text from her today asking me if i was with my friends and i said i didnt want to talk cuz of our situation. i dont understnd y she txted me. i told her i left her the apologetic texts but she claims she did not recieve my text but im pretty sure she did. y is she playing with me and acting like nothing happened? i dont know how to handle things with her. y is she texing me
